At present, China's farmland generally exist the problems: only ploughed without cultivation and maintenance, excessive use of chemical fertilizers, resulting in serious land caking, salinization and other problems. The FS550-21/FS770-30 deep smashing& loosening cultivator developed and produced by HBXG, utilizing a new type of farmland cultivation method, super crushing, deep ploughing and deep loosening, using multiple auger rods rotating at high speed into the ground up to about 50cm, physically crushing the land slab, the bottom layer of the plough, plant roots and stems into granule and stive instantly. For the problem of soil salinisation, after the operation by the deep smashing and loosening culitvator, the soil is crushed and loosened, the water is flooded to settle the saline, which is deposited to the bottom of the deep ploughing layer, while the saline capillary channels are destroyed to avoid the phenomenon of anti-alkaline and to meet the crop growth conditions, comparing with the traditional tillage mode, the deepsmashing&loosening cultivator has a better alkali pressure effect.
